Refund & Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 75 business days. The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies from 1 to 2 days. If you have purchased anything on Silky Smooth but didn’t receive it within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.
The estimated delivery time for orders on Mind Right varies greatly between 7-60 business days due to the different shipping methods available for different countries, customs processing periods also vary greatly between countries. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control, we’ve established a guaranteed period for delivery of 75 days.
Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Silky Smooth (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Silky Smooth
4. We will not refund your purchase if you’ve changed your mind or don’t like a product anymore
5. Postage will only be refunded on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (75 days) has expired. You can do this either by sending a message on our support page or through your PayPal account transaction.
If you are completely unsatisfied with our products we will give you a FULL refund within 30 days of receiving your product.
During the 30 day refund period, there are no exceptions to this policy. Providing you have purchased product from our online store, we will issue you a full refund during this time.
Please note, if the same person requests numerous refunds or we suspect illegitimate refund requests, we will look deeper into the issue and may stop supplying product to that person.
Should you want to exchange your product for a product of equal or lesser value during the 30 day refund period, you are able to do so.
If you choose to exchange your product for a product of lesser value, we will not refund the difference.
Judging the 30-Day Grace Period
Since we do not always know when a product arrives at your door we must set specific cut-off times for when we will no longer accept refunds.
Domestic shipping within the United States:
Unless we are notified otherwise, we will assume your product arrived 7 days after shipping (not including order processing time). Therefore, unless you notify us by email when your product has arrived, we will assume you have 37 days after shipping to refund your product.
Please inform us right away if your product does not arrive on time.
International Shipping Times:
Similarly, if your order is being shipped outside the US, unless we are notified otherwise, we will assume your product arrived 21 days after shipping (not including order processing time). Therefore, unless you notify us by email when your product has arrived, we will assume you have 51 days after shipping to refund your product.
